WLD 208 Metallurgy 3 CR Examines theory and application of metallurgic principles as they are applied to design, formation, selection, heat treating and distortion, heat effects on crystalline structures, and welding of non-ferrous and ferrous metals and their alloys, and includes a comprehensive study of welding filler metals and ANSI/AAS designations. Prerequisite(s): All 100 level Welding courses
