CUL 222 Supervisor Development 3 CR In this course students gain an overview of specific concepts necessary to successfully utilize human resources in a food service environment. Lectures on selected topics, student projects and assignments related to workplace activities form the majority of the material presented. Prerequisite(s): CUL 144 , CUL 146 , and CUL 150 , all with a C- or higher. Completion Of or Concurrent Enrollment In: CUL 211 and CUL 218 , both with a C- or higher or concurrent enrollment in CUL 211 and CUL 218 .
