CRT 202 Admin Industry Simulation

This course will focus on the administrative work-flow of the auto collision repair industry. Students will learn how to create accurate estimates, estimate supplements, parts lists, and develop customer service and communication skills.
Prerequisite(s): CRT 101 with a C- or higher.
Completion Of or Concurrent Enrollment In: Completion of CRT 123 with a C- or higher or concurrent enrollment in CRT 123, AND completion of CRT 222 with a C- or higher or concurrent enrollment in CRT 222.
