CREF 137 Commercial Ice Systems Lab 4 CR This course is applying concepts learned in CREF 135 for commercial ice systems. The student will install, maintain, and diagnose problems on a variety of actual operating ice machines. Students will be exposed to different manufacturer’s designs, as all are different. The student will verify proper production, learn how to build a wiring schematic, identify faults inserted by instructor and repair. Maintenance and proper cleaning and sanitation are also stressed in the coursework. Prerequisite(s): Completion of CREF 133
