CRT 202 Admin Industry Simulation

This course will focus on the administrative work-flow of the auto collision repair industry. Students will learn how to create accurate estimates, estimate supplements, parts lists, and develop customer service and communication skills.
Prerequisite(s): CRT 101, CRT 102, CRT 103, CRT 121, CRT 122, CRT 123, CRT 131, CRT 132 and CRT 133, all with a C- or higher, or Instructor permission.
Completion Of or Concurrent Enrollment In: CRT 201 and CRT 203 with a C- or higher.
