BUS 153 Introduction to Lean Management

This course offers a practical introduction to lean management principles and techniques. Students will learn how to implement lean management techniques in a business environment to improve productivity, business resilience and to reduce waste.
Prerequisite(s): Fall Quarter 2024 - ACCUPLACER Reading (247) or higher OR RDG 085 with a C or higher and ACCUPLACER Writing (245) or higher OR ENGL 092 with a C or higher.

Starting Winter Quarter 2024 - Placement into AENGL 100 or completion of ENGL 095 with a C or higher.
