MATH 098 Elementary Algebra

This course will cover solving different forms of equations and inequalities, manipulating exponents, factoring and graphing. Problem-solving strategies will be utilized to perform application problems.
Prerequisite(s): Fall Quarter 2024 - ACCUPLACER Arithmetic score of 75 or MATH 090 with a C or higher.

Starting Winter Quarter 2024 - Placement into MATH 098 or completion of MATH 090 with a C or higher.
